Two-State “Solution” or Two-State Delusion?
Despite Hamas’s bloody October 7 massacre, the “two-state solution” is still being invoked in the United States and Europe as a path to peace between Palestinians and Israel. Mired in misinformation, confusion, and misunderstanding, global leaders’ demands for a Palestinian state are fundamentally mistaken. The Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs has for decades provided historical, legal, and political clarity on this complex subject, a major component in Israel-Western relations. This collection of articles assesses the multiple challenges and obstacles of “the two-state solution.”
