Barak M. Seener a founder of the Henry Jackson Society in London was the Society’s Greater Middle East Section Director. He is currently a n associate fellow at the Royal United Services Institute in London. Seener holds a Masters from Birkbeck College, University of London in International Security and Global Governance and a BA in History and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London.
