Vision and Mission

Vision

The Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs (JCFA) seeks to be the leading address, catalyst, and anchor securing a newer, stronger, and closer Middle East-Israel-U.S. alliance.

Mission

JCFA is dedicated to enhancing Israel’s security through strategic alliances and partnerships with Middle Eastern countries, regional stakeholders, and the United States-led Western alliance, thereby anchoring Israel’s regional role as a force for stability, prosperity, and peace.

Three-Pillar Strategy: Expose, Educate, Engage

Since the Iran regime-backed Hamas atrocities of Oct. 7, 2023, and the subsequent multi-front war opposite Iran and its terror proxies, the JCFA Strategic Influence Media Center’s Arab expert team continues to expose widespread disinformation on Israel and antisemitism, in both Arabic and English, via shorts, videos, podcasts, and interviews, targeting decision and law makers, and social media influencers across the Middle East and the West.

JCFA educates both leaders and the public at-large on the religious and ideological warfare being waged against Israel and the Jews in contrast to the mistaken, internationally-accepted belief that the conflict is driven primarily by political and territorial claims. JCFA content has been widely shared and reposted by politicians and influencers across the Middle East and the West attesting to the virality of our digital communications influence.

JCFA’s face-to-face diplomacy engages government leaders and officials from nearly ten countries across the Middle East. Since its launch in mid-2024, our digital influence initiative generated more than 20 million views across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.

Intelligence and Influence

JCFA is differentiated from other policy institutes, centers, and think tanks in Israel and the Middle East. Our Middle East experts have pioneered our unique, dual approach combining research-driven policy recomendations with diplomatic relations with governments, influential officials, and private-sector leaders throughout the Arab world. We conduct all our interviews, personal meetings, and discussions in native Arabic. This fosters cultural alignment with Arab stakeholders, leading to increased acceptance and openness toward JCFA specifically and Israel generally, as an integral part of the Middle East.

JCFA Arab and Middle East experts are leading an unprecedented educational initiative to educate Israeli and North American leaders in Arab culture and language to enhance mutual understanding. The same cultural intelligence applies to the consultations with our U.S.-led Western partners, thereby serving as an authentic, multi-cultural bridge between the Middle East and the West.

JCFA Strategic Influence Media Center leverages Middle Eastern analysts and commentators thereby influencing Middle Eastern political leaderships and publics using non-Israeli experts to convey messages closely aligned with Israel.

A molotov attack on a bus = a “barbecue party”?

That’s what #Palestinian kids are being taught under @UNRWA  — from grade school to graduation. This isn’t education. It’s indoctrination. Marcus Sheff of @IMPACT_SE  breaks it down with @smartinezamir
