In his writings, Steven Windmueller has explored various aspects of the 21st Century American Jewish experience. The unfolding realities of a changing North American Jewish landscape, due to COVID, generational and demographic factors, political shifts, and economic forces are contributing to this new normal.
Steven Windmueller, Ph.D. is an emeritus professor of Jewish communal studies at HUC-JIR, Los Angeles, and a Fellow of the Jerusalem Center. He served for this past year as the interim director of HUC’s Zelikow School of Jewish Nonprofit Management.
