Hirsh Goodman established the program on media strategy at the Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University. He was a former military correspondent for the Jerusalem Post, editor-in-chief of The Jerusalem Report and a strategic fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.

Ambassador Dore Gold, a former Israeli ambassador to the UN, is president of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and served as an external advisor to the office of the Prime Minister of Israel.

Lenny Ben-David, Director of Publications at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, is a former senior Israeli diplomat in Washington and AIPAC official in Washington and Jerusalem. He is the publisher of IsraelDailyPicture.com.

Ambassador Alan Baker, Director of the Institute for Contemporary Affairs at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, participated in the negotiation and drafting of the Oslo Accords with the Palestinians, as well as agreements and peace treaties with Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. He served as legal adviser and deputy director-general of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as Israel’s ambassador to Canada.

Lt. Col. (res.) David Benjamin served in the IDF Military Advocate General’s Corps (MAG) as Chief Legal Advisor for the Gaza Strip and as Director of the Strategic and International Branch in the International Law Department. He is the Director and Founder of SILS – Security & International Law Specialists.

Lt. Col. (ret.) Jonathan D. Halevi is a senior researcher of the Middle East and radical Islam at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. He is a co-founder of the Orient Research Group Ltd. and  a former adviser to the Policy Planning Division of the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
